Members are required to cancel their court booking in advance of the scheduled time if they are unable to play. Cancellations must be made online. Failure to do so results in the underutilization of the courts as well as unnecessarily limiting court availability for other members.

 

First time offenders of this policy will be fined $10.
Second time offenders will be fined $20.
A third offence or failure to pay either fine, will result in the loss of booking privileges.

 

Payments are payable to the club by way of e-transfer to banburytennisclub@gmail.com.
