No Show Policy
COURT BOOKING & NO-SHOW POLICY
Court Cancellations
Members are required to cancel their court booking at least 3 hours in advance of the scheduled booking time if they are unable to play. Cancellations must be made online.
If it is raining at the club, the no-show violation will not be applied.
Failure to cancel a court booking within the required time results in the underutilization of the courts and unnecessarily limits court availability for other members.
NO-SHOW VIOLATIONS

First offence: $10 fine

Second offence: $20 fine

Third offence: Loss of court booking privileges
Failure to pay either fine will also result in the loss of court booking privileges.
GUEST FEES
Members are responsible for ensuring that all guest fees are paid on time. Failure to pay outstanding guest fees may result in suspension of your membership.
To reinstate a suspended membership, you must pay a $40.00 reinstatement fee, plus all outstanding guest fees.
